we tried Pfriem last time we went to Hood River and really enjoyed it. would love to see how they pair their brews with the Brasserie’s delicious food.
The menu looks amazing and I’m always anxious to try a new local beer (or five)!
I want to go because Swiss Chard was my old college nickname. . . and because I love Belgian strong ales.
I’ve always wanted to try a brewers dinner, I love Brasserie, and I’m sure the two together would be a delicious and educational evening!
Plus, maybe I could count this as a gift for my beer-loving boyfriend’s birthday that weekend ;) Thank you!
Brewer’s dinners are usually not in my budget but when my wife and I can afford it we will.
Going to this dinner would be the hard-rocking cherry on the top of this crazy month.
I want to go because I have been working the night shift since January and I never get to go to things like this. It would be a perfect excuse for a day off and a chance to spoil my special lady friend. :-)
My boyfriend and I are both brewers down on our luck. Please help boost morale with delicious craft beer and food.
I would love to take my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary!
I’m due for a great 5 course meal! Sounds like a great time!
I love beer and food!!!
My wife and I used to haunt the Brasserie late night and we would inhale calamari and clams by the bucket load. We have kids now, so we never get out because the monsters cost too much money. A brewers dinner just might save our souls and/or sanity. We promise to bathe (beforehand) and eat with utensils.
Sounds like the perfect evening..
Because the number of courses will match the number of courses I am taking this fall. Certainly the dinner will be needed as energy for the classes
I’m excited about Belgian-style ales having a presence in the Oregon brew scene and my boyfriend and I have been wanting to try both pFriem and Brasserie!
I would like to win because I’m tired of eating Top Ramen and drinking Pabst. I want some good stuff!
Why would I like to attend? Because it would be really dumb if I didn’t.
My fiance and I love to experience new food, wine, and beer as often as possible. He is currently in culinary school, so we struggle to (frequently) taste the amazing food and beer that Portland has to offer. We are both self-proclaimed beer geeks and would love a chance to experience Brasserie Montmartre!
Oh this sounds amazing!
Local Restaurant with Hood River Beers. Who wouldn’t want to win this!
This is an incredible combination of two of the finest Oregon has to offer. It would be an honor to attend such an event if chosen. Thanks for the chance!
Nom nom nom nom nom. My mouth is watering just thinking about this. But who would I bring?
I want to WIIIIN! I heart beer and am crazy excited to leave this world of chain stores/restaurants/coffeeshops (Northern VA) and come back to a world of hole-in-the-wall gems like yourselves when I come to visit family in December. This would be a nice treat!
Sounds like a great event!
We could use a night out and i haven’t been to Brasserie Montmartre in too long. I love Belgian beer and the menu looks fantastic!
I’d love to go, maybe I can network myself into a job so i can pay for tickets next time.
My husband and I are high school sweethearts who have been married for 27 years. We have raised two kids and done everything right and now the economy has made it really difficult to live the dream of doing all the “fun” things after the kids are gone. This is something that my husband I would enjoy immensly, we love food & beer and Oregon!!! But we cannot afford it. So that is why it would be so awesome to win tickets :)
please pick me. :)
YUM! This sounds amazing and would be the perfect surprise for my husband who was just raving about the Pfriem beer he tried for the first time this past weekend.
The idea of eating this meal at the Brasserie sounds divine! Please pick me.
Sounds delicious, both beer and food.
I could use a good meal and a good brew to wash it down with.
Been to wine dinners, brewers sounds good too!
I should be picked because I have craft beer diarrhea of the mouth where ever I go! I’m free advertising because I don’t shut up in every pub, public house, brewery I go into. I should start a blog. If pFriem is as good as they seem, I’ll be free advertising then you guys can offer lots more beer dinners. Sounds like a win-win! I like the beer rundown order and the food pairings sound unique! Did I mention I’m obsessed. Also, cheers to any brewery working on Belgians, this side of the pond needs more Belgians (a la Upright, Logsdon, and of course Cascade). Never tried pFriem before.
Yummy! Please, pretty please
This would be amazing. I have never tried pFriem and this sounds like a perfect way to first experience it!
pFriem is just killing the Belgiums. Please, please, please!
This looks incredible and I would love to win tickets to go
pFriem Family Brewers from my most adored up-the-sunny gorge Hood River AND Brasserie Montmartre in my lovely city PDX! ♥ Still my beating heart! ♥ This event would absolutely BE the highest point of my epic birthday month! Un délice cinquantième anniversaire!
Have always wanted to try both pFriem and Brasserie, here’s my chance!
I would love to win this dinner a surprise for someone special who is a huge fan of this new brewery. We have been following them even before they opened their tasting room in Hood River! Love the IPA!
Sounds like a wonderful night out! Our budget would not allow something like this.
I love me sum beer and never been to this place!! Always heard good things about it! :)
The menu sounds incredible and my lover is a great lover of such food. I would love to take him to this event!
YUM. I love beer and food. I’d love to take my man out on a special date!
My mouth is watering.
I’m stumped on what to get Hubster for his birthday. This would be perfect!
Yum. This lady likes a good beer.
So excited about a new craft brewery! I’d love, love, love to go to this!
This sounds AMAZING! My girlfriend and I have just started to attend some beer dinners. They are a great way to learn about beer and food pairings while meeting some cool new people. I would LOVE to win some tickets.

Yes please. This sounds amazing!
My sweet brother from Michigan would love this event; he has no idea of the huge micro-brewery and craft beer scene in Oregon since he left in the 80′s. I would love to treat him to an evening on the wild side….I adore pFriem – great folks who know how to brew!! and hope you can spot me on this. thanks.
Can haz French food?
I love Beer! I thought being from WI taught me alot, but PDX sure showed me!!! :)
I would like to attend this dinner because I love Belgian beer and I love The Brasserie!
I want to win because I’m new to Portland and obsessed with discovering all the exciting events that are always going on, and the food! It will be a fun way to meet no people and experience something different. And the beer. A perfect welcome to Oregon.
This looks amazing!!! I would love to go! I lived in Belgium for a year many years ago and developed a deep love for the beer. I’m always looking to try new Belgian style beers, and of course good food, here at home and this looks perfect!
I absolutely adore Brasserie Montmartre!
Never been to a beer pairing. Would love to try.
Free Beer. Best Beer!
Free Beer. The Best Kind!
I love beer and have always wanted to try this place out!
Great restaurant and great beer = happy person! Who wouldn’t want to attend and bring her honey with?
The whole event sounds amazing and delicious. I’d love to experience new, interesting beer and food pairings.
Pick me purty please!
A good date idea!
Sounds like a great event, and we would love to come. Hope we can win ’cause without winning, we cannot afford it.
I am in the middle of doing the Game On diet and I get one “day off” a week to eat and drink anything I want. This sounds like a great way to spend it. :) Just reading Le Menu makes my mouth water! Please make my day…off.
Yum! Would love to go to this, but with an upcoming move, it’s not in my budget this month. Winning tix would be neat :)
Holy crap, I wanna go for the IPA pairing alone!
My husband and I have not been to the Brasserie for years but have been talking about going soon. This would be the perfect surprise for him, a delish dinner and some great beer.
i’m broke…and hungry!
We don’t own a car, so a trip to Hood River is probably not in the works for awhile. Which makes it all the better that this wonderful new brewery is bringing their beers to Portland for this dinner. Craft beer & yummy food = heaven!
AWESOME, I would love to go
Would love to treat the special other with this.
Awesome pick me so I can have a night out.
~(_8(|) Drooling like Homer Simpson over here!! Fried Apple Beignets with Vanilla Ice Cream AND Caramel??
close your eyes and take a deep breath. now take another one. relaxation is overdue, it’s ok to take this moment for yourself to refresh and heal. breath in and out, relax. perspective is gained in context of your living, breathing core. it’s all ok, almost feeling sleepy. not wind up anymore, just steady, even, breathing patterns. Take a deep breath, and without opening your eyes go ahead and give me the tickets. just get this out of the way so you can relax and sink into sleep. deep sleep.
Swiss chard, ricotta in a tart
Oh be still my beating heart!
Cippolini onions too
With Blonde IPA for you!
Sausage, clams and peppers next
I swear just now my tastebuds flexed!

Wash it down with a Wit
Because it is the perfect fit!
Sirloin, taters, o-rings, WOW
Couldn’t get much better now!
Then comes Belgian Strong Dark Ale
A pairing that could never fail!
Apple Beignets and ice cream
Caramel added like a dream!
Belgian Strong Blonde Ale, the brew
That makes this all a dream come true!
I would love to win!! This sounds like the perfect date night
I learned that I didn’t get a job on my 40th birthday. A night out would cheer me up!
This sounds amazingly fun! Make me a hero with my husband and PICK ME!! :-)
Would love to experience these beer and food pairings…. My wife and I are avid beer drinkers and love to find new brewers that we haven’t tried yet. Thanks!
You had me long before Apple Beignets and Strong Blonde Ale… but that convulsed my salivary response and forced me to start typing.

Reading the descriptions of the five courses is making my mouth water….yummmm
I may not eat until to the dinner to save room for this match made in heaven…craft beer…delectable food. I am getting hungry just thinking about it.
I want to win to try the awesome pairings of beer and food.
I’d I’ll be visiting Portland that week, and it’d be a perfect way to try local brews paired with Portland’s famous food!
I love Brasserie Montmartre and I’m a poor foodie who deserves a delicious meal!
I have a friend turning 50 that I would like to take to Belgium, but that is not going to happen. This would be a nice alternative…
Belgian blondes in brassieres eating beignets?! Wishful thinking . . . but Belgian Ales, Blonde IPAs and the wonderful food of Brasserie would be even better!
I have always wanted to go to one of these events and it would be even more special – my friend from Wisconsin is here and It would be fun to show him true beer, and this is the one!!! We would love to go :)
Anxious to experience Brasserie Montmartre and try the
pFriem Family brews. I have heard good things about both and am anxious to share my experience with friends and family.
I was hit by a car last week…please make this a better month for me.
I really want to go. I love Brasserie Montmartre! Grim!
Brasserie, memories of long ago! I loved that place back in the day and even went there for PROM dinner in the early 90′s. Now we have two little kids and never get out, and especially never get to drink great beer with great food!
I like food and beer
Sounds great! Will have to give it a try!
This would be a great way of celebrating my sweetie’s b-day, since my lack of funds is killing it right now.
I never win anything, whine whine whine.

This sounds like a blast, and the menu looks amazing. I would love to go!
9/20 is the last day of the finals exams for the summer. I can use some beer and good food to debrief.

I would LOVE to take my wife to this. We have 2 young children and don’t get out much. I love all things beer and am trying to get her into beer and thinks something like this would atleast peak her interest
