Grammy award winning Hip Hop legends, Naughty by Nature, are headlining Portland’s 2nd annual premier Halloween experience—PHANTOM PDX. The Costume party is taking place at 1300 N. River Street, beneath the Fremont Bridge in a 19th century warehouse. General admission is $40 and $60 for VIP. All guests are invited to an open Happy Hour from 8-9pm featuring free beer and signature Phantom cocktails courtesy of sponsors Red Hook Brewery and Beam, Inc.
Treach and Vin Rock are hitting the stage after marching band, Lovebomb Go-Go, kickoffs the PopChips Pop Star costume contest at 11pm. DJTJ and DJ Gemo are also supporting the ticket with battling performances. The venue, built on piers over the Willamette River, will feature a full production stage and a visual projection experience from Stages Northwest, Really BIG Video and Beatrox Records. Professional photographers, lead by Bunn Salarzon, will document partygoers dancing with stilt walkers, break-dancers and freaks. Guests will also enjoy the complimentary Photobooth from Pop Chips and Portland Monthly.

I would LOVE to go to this! Naughty by Nature is totally rad! With the complete festival experience, costumes and visual light shows (not to mention free booze!), you know this is going to be the best party around. My perfect costume is aching to attend!!!
