Jai Ho! is a monthly Bollywood & Bhangra dance party in Portland and Seattle, as spectacular as a Bollywood film itself! Tonight’s party offers a Bollywood mash-up of the viral video hit “Gangnam Style”, complete with flash mob dance performance & dance lesson! Dress classy, dance cheesy.
Just $5 before 10pm! Or purchase advance tickets for $5 entry at any time. Plus, the first 50 ladies are free if they register in advance via Eventbrite.
Authentic and crossover Indian Dance Music (Bollywood & Bhangra) with dance lessons, dance performances and LIVE singing make Jai Ho! an experience where anyone and everyone joins the fun and dances, regardless of age, culture or nationality.
The man behind Jai Ho! is the multitalented performer and DJ – Prashant, hailing from Mumbai, India. This exuberant and charismatic entertainer performs for the audience and even leads the crowd in dance routines, all of this while he is spinning electronic Indian dance music seamlessly. It makes for an experience that is well beyond just a dance party.

i just wanna dance dance dance GANGNUM STYLE!!!
I stumbled accidentally onto Gangnam Style thanks to whatever it is that makes youtube show you stuff other than what you think you want to see. I was delighted and appalled at the number of covers, spoofs, parodies, and bad imitations that continue to be spawned. I love Bhangra/Bollywood music/dance. Clearly this would be a night to remember!
ready with my gangnam moves
I’ll do the elevator dance part for free tix! Haha.
I can’t dance!
i have no idea why i want to go.
Awesome! This looks like a lot of fun!
Sounds interesting
