The Fifty Shades Parody is the comedy-filled musical satire that captures all of the naughty fun of the book in this saucy and hilarious show.
Part Chippendales, part Second City…all in one delicious package. This unauthorized parody is set to be the sexiest, funniest, and most exciting show of the year. SPANK! features an all-star cast of top comedic actors and improvisers. While I’ve yet to read the books I love laughing and music, especially if it’s non-PC related. Mostly, I’d love a night out that didn’t involve Graduate papers.
I thought about reading this series… And then my mother in law told me about it and how it got her “fired up”. From that day until now, I am unable to read it. I am guessing it is really good considering that is the first time she has mentioned sex in the 8 years that I have known her. I just can’t bear to open the cover.
I’ve read that it’s hilarious and it sounds like a great departure from a night in with my kids!

I am currently living in Southern Oregon and a coworker and myself will be traveling up to Portland for work this same weekend! I think it would be great to be able to take some time for ourselves while we come up there after traveling and working! I have read all the books and would love to see the this approach of them! Seeing this show would make the trip not just work but FUN! Everyone needs a little fun in their lives right?? I think us hard working momma’s need a little laugh!!

I refuse to read the book but my mother did, which prompted her to ask me what caning is. Those emotional scars will never heal. After that awkward conversation, I would love to see the parody.

We are a household full of students: I’m going for a BS @ PSU, she’s in medical school, and the kids are all young. As much as we like them, we sometimes need to get away and do some “adult” stuff.
