The Crystal Ballroom plays host to a dynamic fashion show where each designer was encouraged to think outside the box regarding their runway presentation. Fade to Light aims to not just be a fashion show, but to be an experience that leaves the viewer with a solid understanding of each designer and the collections being shown. DrambuieFade to Light is also about fostering creative talent in Portland and helping that talent succeed in the working world of the apparel industry.

I have never seen anything like this and would love to get a night out. I would take a good friend and have a girls night out.
I’ve always wanted to go to a portland fashion show!
This show seems really exciting to me. As a painter I am always looking for visual inspiration for my own work. I would love to be inspired here.
Sounds like a great girls’ night out.
My sister went to school for fashion marketing and just moved to town. I’d love to take her out and get her in to the Portland fashion scene. Plus, it’s her birthday on Sunday and this would be a great gift!
I need some fashion in my life.
Nice – the ‘thinking outside the box’ makes it stand out as a very awesome event. My date and I would love to go to this!
Sounds like another amazing Portland event. I’d love to go and take a friend…even better, I’d love to go for free!
I really want to take my wife.
Its our Anniversary.
I often participate in Fashion Shows that require thinking outside the box with materials & design and would find it inspiring to see what other imaginative innovators create.
I want to support our wonderful local fashion scene. It’s so important to help boost these designers to the next level by exposing their work to the masses. They work hard and deserve an adoring audience!
Creativity > Conformity
Sounds like a great event!
Would love to surprise the wife by taking her to this!
I’m a full time student with a part time internship and part time job…I need a girls night!
