Guinness, Irish Pride and the BREWCYCLE go hand in hand….ONE day of the year. Yes ladies and gents, that is ST PATTY’S DAY! Come celebrate everyone’s favorite day to be Irish aboard the BrewCycle where we will be pedaling around the NW in our best St. Patty’s Day attire. Everyone is Irish on March 17th!!!

How do you get on board? Register HERE online. Choose how many participants for Sunday March 17th at any of the time slots (NOON, 3 PM or 6 PM) and then click BOOK to get started! There will be a $1 booking fee for each seat you register. Full payment is not due until day of your ride, we take cash or credit right on the bike! Seats are limited, we have room for up to 28 people on each time slot.

I just saw the Brewcycle pull into Lucky Lab this last weekend at the Big Beer Fest. I was completely envious as they pedaled their happy beer filled bellies away.

I’d like to win because my birthday is on the 20th, I’ve finally landed a job that I’m going to start on the 19th, and being able to do this on St. Patty’s day would be the most insanely awesome St. Patty’s/BDay ever!

My friend and I are both Irish and we both love beer! And we’re both broke college students so we sadly can’t afford to shell out the $15 to do this. Also, I’m moving back home after I graduate in May and doing the brewcycle is on my ‘Portland bucketlist.’ So it would be really great to win these tickets!
Why should I win? Good question…like many Irish, I’m quite proud of the green that runs through my veins as well as the amount of beer I can consume, but on this most lovely of days, I’m most proud that I get to combine all of these things with the fact that it’s my birthday! Should I win, hilarity will ensue I assure you. Imagine an adult who never learned to ride a bike sharing this memorable moment with others on one giant contraption! We’ll wear funny socks or hats to represent PDX and drink lots and lots so that we’re enteratining but don’t puke on anyone else. I’ll spare people my bad irish accent as well.

This looks like such a blast! I was planning on stumbling from bar to bar, but this would make much more of a splash! Also, I don’t do much biking in Portland, so this could really break me into an active cycling lifestyle ;)
