My gf will be returning from an out of town trip and I bet pig and beer would help achieve a soft landing back in Puddle Town. And I just might look good as a result.

  17. Alexis Weaver May 31, 2013 at 22:58 #

  29. Nick Goodroad June 2, 2013 at 01:33 #

The reputation of Oregon bräumeister precedes you. My parents wanted to throw me in the bandwagon, and bought me a “Mr. beer” brewing kit for my birthday on May 1. That kit has remained unopened, because I know the quality that will come next weekend at the beer festival! pick me.

  30. Tanya Hanson June 2, 2013 at 17:18 #

I practically subsist on pork. Please help me keep me streak alive!

  31. Laura June 2, 2013 at 19:48 #

This sounds fantastic, and a perfect way to introduce me to the great things Portland has to offer, and a new (as of May 29) resident!

As someone who has lived in the PNW and had to relocate back to the east coast for a job, I am back because of things like this. However, I am back with little money, and this would make me very very happy.

  32. Mysti June 2, 2013 at 21:55 #

Mmm. I love Eastburn! Please pick me.

  33. Lynn June 3, 2013 at 03:46 #

The menu looks amazing! You cannot beat Carlton Farms pork, tries leches cake, and beer!

  34. David Alarcon June 3, 2013 at 08:44 #

Pig and beer.. Can’t go no bettah!

  35. jared June 3, 2013 at 11:25 #

I think I should be chosen because of the speed with which I answered the math question. Jokes aside this is making my stomach ache just reading about it. Help satiate my belly!

  36. Tania Porter June 3, 2013 at 11:32 #

My boyfriend is flying in from London on Tuesday and this would be the PERFECT event to attend as an introduction to Portland’s beer scene and man, we seriously love pig roasts!

I would be over the moon to tell him we were going to this!

    *crosses fingers*

  37. Jennifer June 3, 2013 at 11:47 #

I’m from the dirty south and haven’t been to a “pig pickin” since I moved away 2 years ago. I would love a taste of home, NW style!

  38. Mike H June 3, 2013 at 15:13 #

  39. Erica Rosser June 3, 2013 at 16:22 #

  40. Chris C June 3, 2013 at 20:07 #

I want to attend this because my girlfriend and I finally have a whole day off together! Also, we’re both into brewing beer… and of course, PORK. Wat more can I say, I wanna attend!!

  41. Apple June 5, 2013 at 19:21 #

Because my boyfriend is in town and I am in the process of convincing him that Portland is the greatest city ever and we must live here. We moved to Oregon for the delicious beer and food!
