The Quick & Easy Boys create their own blend of rock and roll. Imagine the Minutemen, Band of Gypsies and the Police rolled into one. Formed in 2005, The Quick & Easy Boys quickly made a name for themselves in Eugene before heading north and building a Portland fanbase. Their shows are an interactive party with electrifying stage antics and profound musical moments as the trio pours out every ounce of their energy, leaving nothing behind. The band has gained the reputation for moving a crowd all-night long whether it be a big festival or a tiny watering hole. The core members – – Jimmy Russell on guitar, Sean Badders on bass, and Michael Goetz on drums – – have continued to evolve musically…and audiences continue their enthusiastic calling of “Yeah Bud!” at every show.

Opening the evening is BigE and The Stomp.
This band envisions their music as something you might happen upon on a warm summer night in rural southern America. A night where a dance hall plays the setting and people come together as a community to dance. Simple, music making joy, where the question is asked on a hot afternoon…are you going to The Stomp? Yeah, Yeah, Yeah…lets get it on.

Been watching the Quick and Easy Boys evolve their music for years. They’re currently one the best, most fun, dance floor grooving-est bands in Portland. Love seeing them at the Goodfoot. It should be a packed house and Q&EB is going to tear it up again.

Like the band, I’ll make this short & sweet: I would like to attend because The Boys are ovibously amazing, superb talents. Plus, sometimes they get too hot and lose their clothes. Yeah, Bud!
