Join us for an exhilarating celebration of our first ticketed block party! Prepare to be swept away by a fusion of fashion, music, and community spirit, all coming together in the heart of our covered parking lot. As the sun casts its warm glow on the bustling streets, we invite you to immerse yourself in an unforgettable outdoor experience. Our goal for SIDE STREET is set to be an unforgettable that transcends the ordinary. It is a gathering that ignites creativity, and a place where connections are forged.

But the Block Party is more than just a concert—it’s a celebration of community. Discover local artisans and vendors showcasing their craftsmanship, offering unique treasures and one-of-a-kind creations. Engage in live art demonstrations and be inspired by creativity flowing all in one place . We have the side street specially zoned for Tier 1, which is all ages and free for community consisting of skateboarding related non-profit organizations to start the day off and allow safe space for activities until the ticketed event goes off for 21+ adults!

Don’t worry you can bring your alcoholic beverages out in the street DURING the day, so the block party bars open at 3pm!

The air will be alive with music, as a stellar lineup consisting of Minnesota artists BOBBY RAPS, SEAN ANONYMOUS , DEMON MARCUS, ORPHAN ANDY, DEMITRY KILLSTORM, and more take over the side street on Burnside and 22nd! This will infuse the atmosphere with infectious beats and melodies. Lose yourself in the music, dance with abandon, and feel the joyous energy that comes from sharing the experience with others.

Not only do we have food from Ole Ole, we will have 3 bars consisting of cocktails, beer garden, and smoking will have designated area. Block parties aren’t for waiting in lines, this will be curated to be a flowy experience and not about ticket sales, meaning there are a limited amount of tickets available.
