Manpower is currently seeking Tech Savvy, Customer Focused Contact Center Representatives for a long term temporary assignment with a world-leading technology company. Position Description:
Resolve complex customer inquiries through phone and email
Proactively identify opportunities for increased customer satisfaction and retention
Educate customers on products and services
Successfully perform against department metrics such as Quality, First Contact Resolution and Customer Satisfaction

Position Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ Years of experience in a Call Center, Contact Center or Internet Company
  • Superior Communication Skills with ability to translate complex technical problems to customers
  • Solid understanding of internet, web hosting and e-commerce principles
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
