A Northwest Christmas: The Natural Beauty and Bounty of Oregon
http://pittockmansion.org/events/christmas/
Bows, trees, and lights again adorn Pittock Mansion this holiday season as we celebrate A Northwest Christmas: The Natural Beauty and Bounty of Oregon.
Dozens of volunteers, professional designers, and local charities have donated their time and talents to transform Pittock Mansion into a holiday wonderland. Festive decorations, ribbon, garland, poinsettias, and more than 15 Christmas trees now fill the historic house. You'll also find wonderful paintings of Northwest landscapes downstairs in the Social Room.
While you visit, discover the Gate Lodge, home to Pittock Mansion caretaker James Skene and his family— and the Museum Store, offering holiday decorations, jewelry, books, toys, and more.
Admission is free for members, $9 for adults, $8 for seniors (65+), $6 for youth (ages 6 – 18) and free for children ages 5 and under. This year, Pittock Mansion will be open on New Year's Day, but closed on Christmas Day. Free shuttle service is available to all visitors December 18 through January 2.
