Art Spark, a networking happy hour event for the creative community of Portland and the tri-county area hosted by the Regional Arts & Culture Council. At every event we feature an arts organization or event from the community highlighting what they do and what's coming up.
August 19 features PICA's TBA Festival. It's their 8th year and we are still SUPER excited!
Entering its eighth year, the TBA Festival draws artists from across the country and around the globe for a convergence of contemporary performance, dance, music, new media, and visual arts projects. This year, TBA is presented September 9-19, 2010, with visual art installations running through October 17th. TBA celebrates artists from across and in-between all mediums, and activates the entire Portland community with art and ideas.
