Fifteen new sculptures to debut at Summer Arts Celebration
The Arts Council of Lake Oswego will be holding it's annual Follow Your Art! event to celebrate the addition of 15 new sculptures to Gallery Without Walls, a year-round exhibit of public art located throughout downtown Lake Oswego. The sculptures, which are on-loan from local artists for a two-year period, are all available for sale and visitors will get a chance to meet and mingle with the artists!
At Follow Your Art! you will…
- Take docent-led tours of the new sculptures
- Be creative with lots of art activities for kids of all ages
- Win fantastic door prizes
- Enjoy live marimba music of Wood Vibrations
- Eat! Local restaurants will be on the Plaza with great food for sale
The celebration will be on Thursday, August 26, 6-8 PM in Millennium Plaza Park in beautiful downtown Lake Oswego. The sculptures will join the collection of 45 other sculptures that beautify surrounding streets.
