RCR Season 5 Game 4 at the Hangar at Oaks Park

This is roller derby up close and personal! The sweet-tart BreakNeck Betties will face off against the head-bangin' GunsNRollers at the Hangar at Oaks Park. The 2010 season is filled with all the hard-hitting roller derby action fans have come to expect from Portland's toughest athletes. Most home league games are played at the Hangar at Oaks Park, where RCR fans enjoy in-your-face skating!
Parking will be free for this event! Please note, sitting alongside the track puts you within feet of the action and places you at higher risk of involvement in a skater collision. Arrive early enough to make seating arrangements you are comfortable with.

Tickets are $14.00 for General Admission. Doors open at 5pm, bout starts at 6pm.

    I love roller derby! I would love ti win tics! I just graduated from grad school and this would be an awesome present, considering I am broke and have no more student loans to live off of:)

    I really want to take my boyfriend to his first ever roller derby bout. I am a huge fan and its one of the few sports that I can actually speak of with any level of knowledge. He is a big sports fan, but more of the basketball or soccer variety. I want to show him a sport that really allows its player to have that all out contact! Roller derby is by far more bare bones, in your face action than any basketball game could ever be.

    I would love to see the Rose City Rollers. I am from Europe, from Switzerland to be exact, and I have never seen Roller Derby. (Well, in a movie, but I would love to see it live.)

    The music, the rollers, the atmosphere, the action! I think it’s very American, and I would be thrilled to go and see a bout. I love taking pictures, so that would be fun to do!
    My cousin in Santa Cruz is very much into it, and she keeps telling me, I must go see a bout.

    I would appreciate tickets for this bout, or any other bout in the future, for my husband and myself.

    i have never been to see roller derby in all the years i’ve lived in pdx. when they first started doing it, tickets were only $5. I thought they would always be $5 so i didn’t go right away but the price went up pretty quick. i would love to go see roller derby racing!
