“DISMAL POP”
An exhibit of new work by SHINICHI MORIYAMA
Our inaugural artist & long-time friend, Dr. Shinichi Moriyama, returns after taking a year off from art projects, in order to adjust to life as a first-time father. This time around, Moriyama brings us “Dismal Pop”, a collection of brand new paintings and ink illustrations that yet again reflect his very surreal view of the world.
“Dismal Pop” opens this First Thursday, (Sept 3rd), with an artist's reception from 6-10pm. The gallery is also open every Saturday from 11am-5pm (when we also host Gaming @ the Gallery), and by appointment (sequentialart@gmail.com; 503-916-9293).
Moriyama's “Dismal Pop” will close on Sept 26th, at the end of business.
