This is a two-for one meetup. It's a combination of design and embracing your inner goofball.
First part, local design at work: Join us at The Library at 6:00 pm for Cocktails and Snacks. The Library Lounge is located in the Nines Hotel. The Nines Hotel is a premiere luxury hotel in Downtown Portland well worth a visit. Click below for photos and a sneak peak at this beautifully designed Hotel. At 7:15pm we will wander over to the Glowing Greens for some much needed silliness and decompression.
Second part, embracing your inner goofball: If you come after 7, join us at Glowing Greens, Portland's miniature golf venue for an evening of fun. The theme is Pirate or Tropical so it is ok to come dressed as your favorite wench or scalawag. If you don't have pirate gear (like me) then come tropical, Hawaiian shirt, loud colors or something glows under black-light.
We'll play a round of 18 in groups of 4 then afterward retire to the Pizza Shmizza across the street for pizza & grog. The cost is $8.50 for golf and $1 for the 3D glasses. If we have 10+ the cost is $7 and only $6 for 20 or more. I've checked the venue and it looks like lots of fun.
