Art Institute of Portland First Thursday Gallery Walk

Help us celebrate the coming of spring at the April 7th First Thursday Gallery Walk, featuring two exhibits that celebrate the creative achievements of the students and grads of The Art Institute of Portland.
Join us at PixelPool design studio for PDX 2111: Without Us, a gallery in which four current Ai students will exhibit their visions of what Portland would look like in 100 years if humans disappeared today. These students will include Ben Fleuter, Sarah Francian, Ann Pettit and Lisa Ortlip. PixelPool is a multi-national agency producing digital content for architecture, retail and advertising industries.
Then take a stroll right up the street to The Art Institute of Portland gallery, where recent animated shorts created by students in the Media Arts & Animation program will be displayed. These shorts will feature stop-motion, traditional cel, and experimental animation techniques.
