You are invited to play and learn at several 1-2 hour workshops hosted by people in the area who want to share their skill with you. Learn how to partner dance, play the violin, how to administer basic first-aid, yoga positions, knitting techniques, sports nutrition, juggling, bike repair, sewing and more.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE (Materials provided unless otherwise stated):

10-2pm – Woodworking
10-2pm – Bike Repair: You can fix it yourself! (practice bike and tools provided, but bring tools and bikes if you can)
10-11am – Photography Essentials
10-12pm – Youth Expression Project
10-11:30 – Knitting: All levels welcome (Materials provided, but bring your own yarn if you intend to make a project you’d like to keep)
11-12pm – Orienteering (Bring a GPS and/or Compass. Some will be provided)
11:30-1pm – Fork in the Road: Nutrition on the cheap
11:30-12:30 – Big Character Movement
11:30-12:30 – Singing basics
12-1pm – Write your life story (recommended for 50+)
12:30-1:30 – Live vegan (try out some tasty recipes)
12:30-2pm – Juggling: Make and play with your own Poi
1-2pm – Book Binding
1-2pm – Play Violin!
1-2pm – Partner Dance
2-3pm – Selling Yourself: How to get people to pay you for what you’re good at
2-3pm – Backpack 101
2-3pm – Sewing: Learn how to use a sewing machine and make projects
2:30-4pm – Exploring Meditation: fun way to explore techniques to become conscious of your own experience.
3-4pm – Recycling exploration
