About Champagne Champagne
Seattle trio Champagne Champagne bring their refreshing party of old-school rhymes and Northwest hip-hop to our stage, songs of layered art rock, disco, and 80's new wave surging underneath hip-hop vocals. They've been associated with the "hipster-hop" movement, but all categorizations truly fail these innovators. They're a new breed of rappers, creating a singular sound of rhythm that's full of style.
Joining them are fellow Seattle friends Mad Rad, a notoriously party-starting crew whose songs are a beat-driven mix of dance-worthy songs and old-school raps that are hip-hop in nature, but take on an array of influences that make their sound unique.
Serious Business is a twosome of Portland electro-party rappers who have a reputation for scintillating live performances, stewing charmingly lewd lyrics with stylish rap delivery. They've been experimenting with a more minimal and beat heavy aesthetic, so come hear their new debut sound.

Would love to go. I haven’t seen them live yet and Mississippi Studios is one of my favorite venues in town. Sounds like a crazy fun show!

Um, I’m like Serious Business’ biggest Facebook fan, ever. SRSLY. Jason and Danny tear it up every time!

I would like to win these tickets because it is hard to find good hip hop in portland and would especially love to see it up in my neighborhood of mississippi!

I want to give the tickets to my son and daughter in law so they finally get a night out! I am coming to town to babysit. The only live hip hop they get is what they compose at home.

Because Mad Rad, when mixed with a little Champagne Champagne, is Serious Business. And vice versa. Need I say more?
