We’re nearly halfway through July and summer’s in full swing. We can expect highs in the upper 70s and there’s plenty to do from the Oregon Berry Festival to the Oregon Distillers Festival + there’s no shortage of places to watch free things outside such as concerts, movies, Shakespeare and more concerts.
