Portland Panorama is a celebration of the arts! Its core focus is a two-part film festival which begins by showcasing significant international cinema, then shifts mid-week to celebrate the work of filmmakers from Northwest North America. With over 120 films; from rock docs to experimental features, first-time premieres, a music video showcase, live panels & music performances – there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Thursday, April 10th @ 7pm at Cinema 21
Opening Night Film: PONYBOI (Oregon premiere), directed by Esteban Arango, from a screenplay by River Gallo.

Friday, April 11th @7pm at Cinema 21
PRETTY UGLY: THE STORY OF THE LUNACHICKS (Oregon premiere) with director Ilya Chaiken in attendance.

Saturday, April 12th @ 1:30pm at Cinema 21
ASHIMA (Oregon premiere), director Kenji Tsukamoto in attendance.

Sunday, April 13th @ 4:00pm at Cinema 21
Skye Fitzgerald Trilogy Showcase: Screening together for the first time, this trilogy of films by renowned filmmaker Skye Fitzgerald each takes an empathetic look at the global refugee crisis. Post-screening conversation with the Academy-nominated Director in attendance.

Tuesday, April 15th @ 6:00pm at PNC Live Studio
NW Music Video Showcase – Join us for an hour of music videos made by Northwest filmmakers! We’ll celebrate our love of music with a special live performance by Jessica Boudreaux of Summer Cannibals.

Thursday, April 17th @ 7:00pm at The Hollywood Theatre
FIREBREAK (Portland premiere) by Kenzie Bruce and subjects from the film in attendance.
